Module · Fleet operations

Dispatch every truck with the facts in front of you.

One board for loads, trucks and drivers. Corvex checks hours, service dates and customer terms before a truck is offered for a load.

The dispatcher at work

What it does

Fleet operations in six parts.

Load intake

Capture a load once, with customer, rate, route and tax treatment. Nothing is retyped at dispatch.

Driver hours and rest

Weekly hours and rest rules are checked before a driver is assigned.

Truck availability

See which trucks are free, loading, on a trip or in the workshop, in one view.

Dispatch board

Plan the week by truck and driver, and see conflicts before they happen.

Proof of delivery

Drivers capture signed proof of delivery on a phone and the trip closes the moment it arrives.

Hired-in trucks

Use subcontractors for overflow and keep their cost and margin on the same trip record.

How it works

From first entry to the ledger.

  1. 1

    Book the load

Customer, rate, route and tax treatment are fixed in one place.

  2. 2

    Assign truck and driver

Only trucks with hours left and no service due on the route are offered.

  3. 3

    Confirm delivery

Signed proof of delivery closes the trip and starts the invoice.

Questions

Fleet operations: common questions.

Can I assign a truck I hire in?

Yes. A hired-in truck sits on the same board and its cost is kept on the trip, so margin is still known.

Does it work for drivers with poor signal?

Drivers can capture delivery details on a phone and send them when the connection returns. We will confirm the details for your routes in the demo.

Put every trip on one record. We'll set it up around your fleet.
